Meet The Team

Rich has been a Lead Pastor, serving in two churches, since 1996. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master of Religion from Warner Pacific College. His passion is to show people how much better their lives can be with Jesus. He and Tina have lived in the Bay Area and served in this church since 2005. They have five adult children and sixteen grandchildren.

Natasha has worked in various ministry roles in our church, including both youth and children’s leadership, for several years. She loves to be involved in church work and has a passion for worship that includes everyone. She has lived in the area with her husband Andy and three children since 2011.

Kenn and Sue have served in various ministry roles, including leading worship, in several different churches since 1970. They are both alumni of Warner Pacific College and have been part of our church in North Bend most of the time since 1980. They are quite musical and love to draw people closer to God through worship. They have one adult son and three grandchildren.

Nick and Tara have been part of our church family since just before their marriage in 2013. They love to serve, and help in a variety of roles, all for the betterment of the church. It is their goal to bring together the many singles, couples and families we have in our church through Christ-centered meals and activities. They have four children and another coming soon.

Tonya has worked in youth ministry in both large and small churches and has a Bachelor of Religion from Warner Pacific College. She and her husband, Ben, have been in this area since 2013 and have four children.

Alishia was part of our youth group before graduating and has served on our youth leadership team since 2021. She is raising three children with her husband Donny.

Both of these great ladies have a genuine love and passion for changing the hearts and lives of the youth they mentor. They are committed to reaching every one of our youth with the good news of Jesus.

Merria has been part of our church family since 2015 and has worked with our children since 2017. In that ministry she has been a faithful model of patience, gentleness and joy. She is a single working mother raising two children.

Jasmine came on board in our childrens ministry in the Fall of 2023. She has known the Lord most of her life and moved to the bay area in 2019. She loves kids and desires to help them apply Biblical truths to their everyday lives.

Tara grew up in the Coos Bay area, often attending a local church. She loves God and enjoys bringing the element of crafts into the lessons she teaches. In addition, she is very involved helping the children and adults in her whole family.

Andy grew up in the church as a pastor’s kid. He has been part of the fellowship here since 2005, except for 3 years when he served in the U.S. Army. He has always had a servant’s heart, loves to design and build new creations, and is willing to work hard to accomplish his goals. His passion for Christ and for building His church is reflected in his commitment to excellence in everything he does.
